Thank you for your request for information received on 19.07.2010. I am responding to each of the points you have raised and will deal with each in turn. I have highlighted your questions in blue for ease of reference.

1. Please would you provide me with an electronic copy of your Whole of Government Accounts (WGA) L return for 2008/09 as supplied to the Department of Communities and Local Government

Response: This information is available from Communities and Local Government (CLG) and therefore is exempt under Section 21 of the Act.

You should direct your request to CLG  [email address]. Alternatively we can transfer your request to CLG. Please let us know how you wish to proceed. Please note that it is likely that the CLG Local Government Finance excel forms relating to capital statistics (COR, CPR, CER and CFR are exempt under section 22.

S 22. (1) (a) Information is exempt information if the information is held by the public authority with a view to its publication, by the authority or any other person, at some future date (whether determined or not).
