Can you provide full software licencing costs for the previous three financial 
years on both Operating System licences and your main Office suite licences. 
This is for both NEW and UPGRADED licences during this period, and for ALL 
computers within the force. 
 
 
Operating System Licence Costs 
 
This information is not held. West Midlands Police purchase desktop pcs and laptop 
pcs as a bundle with the operating system already installed. Therefore we are unable 
to provide a cost for this separate element.
