Request for Information 
 
I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of 
Information act. 
 
My request relates to MOD Navy and more specifically its funding of 
the Sea Cadets Corps/Marine Society and Sea Cadets. 
 
I would like to know the following if possible: 
 
1) How much money has MOD Navy provided to the Sea Cadets/Marine 
Society and Sea Cadets in the past 3 full financial years?, 
 
2) Does MOD Navy have any plans to fully fund the Sea Cadets/Marine 
Society and Sea Cadets? 
 
3) Have any talks been held with the Sea Cadets/Marine Society and 
Sea Cadets in relation to MOD Navy fully funding them, 
 
4) If there are plans for MOD Navy to sponsor or fully fund the Sea 
Cadets/Marine Society and Sea Cadets, what timescales are MOD Navy 
looking at and how much funding will MOD Navy provide?
