Your request
You emailed to ask for confirmation of:
The number of complaints against the Adult Services Department of Darlington Borough Council that have been referred to us by `Advocacy in Darlington' in the three months up to November 11 2008, and
What steps we were taking to investigate them.
My response
I have only been able to identify one complaint that matches the criteria that you have identified.
This complaint is currently being investigated.
