Dear Mr Mills
Re: Freedom of Information
I am writing to confirm that I have now completed my search for the information which you requested on 11 November 2008, namely “Prescription Pricing Authority's figures for the number and value of FP10 prescriptions in each Acute Trust this year and for previous years?”.
On 12 November we asked you for further information to which you replied
“FP10 prescription forms (and FP10H forms) relate specifically to prescriptions dispensed within the community. Your reply indicates that: "We hold 60 rolling months of prescribing data for Acute Trusts that have chosen to use community dispensing as well as hospital dispensing." This is precisely the data I was after”.
A copy of the information is enclosed.
