ENQ8965 - Planning Breaches

- Complaints and/or enquiries relating to unauthorised/possible unauthorised development or breaches of planning permission were received between the period 1st April 2005 to 31st March 2005.

By virtue of Section 17(I) of the FOISA, where Aberdeen City Council (ACC) receives a request for information by virtue of Section 1(1) of the FOISA, and ACC concludes that it does not hold the information requested, then ACC must notify the person making the request in writing, within 20 working days of receipt of the request for information, that it does not hold the information requested.

Please be advised that Aberdeen City Council received your request for information on 1 July 2010. ACC confirms that it has undertaken the requisite search for the information, and now writes to confirm that the information requested is not held by it.
