the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).  
 
You asked: 
 
“I would like information on salary expenses and numbers of staff going back as many 
years as possible, but broken down by each individual institution. Specifically I mean down 
to departmental level, or institution as defined in Statues and Ordinances. If different 
institutions/departments have their payroll broken down further then this information 
would be useful too.”
