Thank you for your e-mail of 9th November 2008 in which you ask for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
You have asked:
Please confirm how many serving officers in the Northern Police
area, have been convicted of:
(1) Fraud and deception related offences, (2) Violent offences,
including assault, (3) Drug related offences (4) Sexual offences
or (5) Racial, Religious or Homophobic offences

If, after having been informed of the review panel's decision, you are still not satisfied, you are then entitled to apply to the Scottish Information Commissioner for a decision.
