I am writing in relation to your request for information from Royal Mail Group.  As you will 
be aware, the Information Commissioner has issued a Decision Notice on this case under 
section 50(1) of the Freedom of Information Act.  The Decision Notice requires Royal Mail 
Group to disclose the following: 
 
(i) 
the headings and subheadings contained in the minutes of the meeting of the 
Board of Directors on 8 October 2008; 
(ii) 
the information contained in the minutes of the meeting of the Board of 
Directors on 11 September 2008 identified in the main body of [the Decision 
Notice and Annex 3 to that notice] as information that should have been 
disclosed; and  
(iii) 
the environmental information contained in paragraph (a) of the minute 
RMH08/141 of the minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting on 8 October 
2008.   
 
In line with the requirements of the Decision Notice, I am providing the relevant information 
with this letter, alongside the information which we have already disclosed in response to 
your request.  I trust that this now satisfies your complaint to the Commissioner.
