Dear Westminster City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City
Council's handling of my FOI request '3 Montagu Mews North, W1'.

You have refused my requests due to alleged security concerns that
may arise from business rate payer disclosures.

This does not make sense as you have previously set a precedent by
replying to other FOI requests of a similar nature and have never
once mentioned any of these concerns.

It is unacceptable that you are now redefining which information
you want to release and as such I urge you to reconsider your
reply.

I will most definitely submit full details of the previous requests
you have seen fit to answer along with those of my that you have
refused to the Information Commissioners Office
