Would you by any chance have a contact at the Information Commissioner's Office? We need to speak to someone urgently to arrange a meeting to discuss sharing data?
We are particularly interested in getting a definitive answer on whether address-level data from EPCs should be treated as personal data in context of new policy proposals. Following that, we will also be talking to MoJ and Legal and may well need to come back to you for advice.
