I am writing with reference to your request for information regarding stolen vehicle

In response to your request we can provide the following information.
A full listing of the organisations the Police makes stolen vehicle reports
available to
DVLA
Experian
HPI
Retaina Group
Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders Ltd (CARWEB)
Vehicle Information Services.
Details of any charges the Police makes to these organisations
We charge £12k per download. However, this charge may be reduced or eliminated
depending on the contribution to policing.

Details of how to apply to access these reports
You will need to contact the PNC Information Access Panel (PIAP) who deal with all
requests from Non Police Agencies for access to PNC data. NPIA will not allow
access unless authorised by PIAP.
