Dear Ms Logan,

Request under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004

I refer to your request dated 20 October 2008 requesting that certain information be provided to you.
I can confirm that the Council holds the information that you are requesting.  The Council is treating
your request as a request under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 rather
than the Freedom of Information Act.

Attached is a list of all applications received after 30th April 2005 which Glasgow City Council has
processed and which include demolition or partial demolition of a Listed Building. The applications
are sorted by the listing of the building and then by application reference number. There may be
more than one application for the same address eg where both a planning application and listed
building application were made but these have been included for completeness.

In all cases the recommendation of this Service was the same as the final decision shown on the list.
A number of applications have no decision as these are still being processed.

The list does not include applications which were made but not processed eg those withdrawn by
the applicant or where permission was not required under the relevant legislation. If you require
information on these applications please let me know and I will provide the additional information.

The Council accordingly feels that it has complied in full with your request.  However, if you feel that
this is not the case please contact me at the number above.

Please note that the information provided in response to your request is, unless otherwise indicated,
copyright © Glasgow City Council 2005.  It is supplied to you in terms of the Environmental
Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.  Any further use by you of this information must comply
with the terms of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended and/or the Copyright
and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997.  In particular, any commercial use or re-use of the
information provided requires the prior written consent of the Council.  Requests for such consent
should be addressed to the Head of Corporate Communications, Glasgow City Council, City
Chambers, George Square, Glasgow G2 1DU.

Some or all of the information may be subject to third party copyright, in which case the permission
of the third party copyright holder may be required.  No claim is made in respect of third party
copyright.

Yours sincerely,
