I write in connection with your request for information dated 24^th October 2008, which was received by Nottinghamshire Police on 24^th October 2008, and acknowledged by e-mail on 4^th November 2008. I note you seek access to the following information:-

[1a] the total number of homophobic hate crimes reported to you in

the last year

[b] the last three years

[2a] the total number of those hate crimes that were reported to

the Crown Prosecution Service in the last year

[b] the last three years.

Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within Nottinghamshire Police to locate information relevant to your request.
