Information Request:

1. How you Procure Construction Consultancy Services?

For all requirements under the EU threshold, London Borough of Enfield mainly uses Exor Management Services approved database. There are occasions when tendering has taken place without selecting tenderers from Exor, where an advert is placed in a trade journal and on the Council's web-page. The Council also places an OJEU Prior Information Notice which is valid for 12 months and can be viewed on the Council's opportunities web-page. In respect to Exor please see link for more details -

For all requirements over the EU threshold (£156,442), a full EU tender process is undertaken.

2. How you procure Construction Contractors?

As above. An OJEU Prior Information Notice is issued to cover Works. This notice is valid for 12 months and can be viewed on the Council's opportunities web-page.
