1. How you procure Construction Consultancy Services?
Through a tender process which will be advertised on the buy4wales website, (suppliers can register on the sell2wales website www.sell2wales.co.uk to receive all notifications of relevant tender opportunities).
2. How you procure Construction Contractors?
Through a tender process which again would be advertised on the buy4wales website.
3. If by your own frameworks:
We don't have any frameworks for these services let specifically by Conwy County Borough Council. In North Wales we have the North Wales Procurement Partnership that works collaboratively for all 6 NW Authorities, they have recently let a framework agreement for Reactive Maintenance and Portable Appliance Testing and have recently begun one for Minor Works. Both these have been advertised on the buy4wales website.

North Wales Collaborative Framework Agreement for the Provision of Trade Operatives for Reactive Maintenance and Portable Appliance Testing.
b) who is on the current frameworks
this list has not yet been completed.
c) the start and end date of the frameworks
Start April 2010 for 2 years.
d) any possible extension periods to the frameworks
Two 1 year extensions possible
e) the name and contact email of person responsible for the frameworks
