I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information Request dated the 14th June
2010.

As I understand it you are requesting to know:

Details of the amounts paid to Challenge Consulting Limited in respect of services it
has rendered to the Council in each of the years from 2001 onwards.
I can confirm that we hold the information request from 2002 onwards but that we do not
hold any information for 2001 as the Council’s records do not go back to 2001. Please see
below for the information you are requesting broken down by year.
