Thank you for your e-mail dated 10 June 2010 received in our office on 10 June 2010, concerning Library lending figures for Walcot Public library from 1 May 2009 to 31 May 2010.

I enclose for your attention the following information.

The number of loans from Walcot library for the 13-month period specified was 4,349. This is the same data that is used for submitting Swindon Libraries' statistics to the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review, you should contact:

The complaints/review procedure involves a full review and an examination of all the information by the Council's Monitoring Officer.
