FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND ACT 2002) (FOISA)
Further to your email dated 10th June 2010 requesting information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland)
Act 2002, (FOISA), I can advise you as follows:
There have been no illegal searches undertaken by Fife Constabulary with regard to authorisations to stop and
search under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000. Therefore under terms of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002, Section 17 Notice that information is not held applies.
The attached document below provides details of searches undertaken as requested.
