Dear Mr Elibank
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: PHOTOGRAPHS OF MINISTERS
Thank you for your email of 27 May 2010 asking if we hold high resolution photographs of
all Defra Ministers. I have interpreted this as a request for a sample of high resolution
photographs of Ministers, since searching the entire Defra office for all the photographs of
Ministers, would involved disproportionate costs and the request would have been
refused.
You request for information has been handled under the terms of the Freedom Of
Information Act 2000 (’the Act’) and I am pleased to inform you that we do hold high
resolution photographs of Defra Ministers. To provide then all would create a
disproportionate cost but please find enclosed a sample of the most recent ones.
Further photographs are also available from:

providing a copy under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act.
