 Dear Swindon Council,              
                
  I would like to receive information on the total amount of money              
  raised annually from residents parking charges to include all              
  residential car passes, daily ticket books and 4 hour ticket books.     "Income & Costs" tab        
  I would also like a fully itemised list of where this money has              
  been spent for the last 5 years

 Answer to above              
 Although the Resident Parking Scheme after costs run at a loss ( it is not the intention of the Council to make money but to keep the roads clear of illegally parked vehicles) this is offset by the Pay & Display income and any surplus after that               
 conforms to Section 55 of the Road Traffic Act amended by Traffic Management Act 2004 Section 95(2)(d)
