 and I this afternoon. I think we reached a way forward even 
though time was so short! To reiterate:  
 
On your instruction we shall work with NG to drill down into the component elements of its proposal, 
clarifying the capital and resource investment. 
 
We understand that your team is working on the decision as to whether the £10m can be carried forward 
on EYF. 
 
Matt Shaw will continue on the mobile data project. We will work closely to ensure there is a sensble 
synergy here. 
 
This should give forces two routes for funding: either the £10m specifically for Lanatern or £50m for 
mobile date from a variety of mobile providers. 
 
Of course if views change and a tender is required we shall be pleased to follow that path.
