1.
SCOPE
1.1
The Authority shall comply with its responsibilities regarding the information, data, materials
and manpower as described in the table set out in Clause 2 below (the “Authority’s
Responsibilities”).
1.2
If the Authority fails to perform the Authority’s Responsibilities set out in this Schedule, the
provisions of Clause 45 of Schedule B (Conditions of Contract) shall apply.

AUTHORITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LANTERN PILOT PHASE 2
The Authority is responsible for delivery of all CFE/CFI required under this CCN014R2, including
the following CFE/CFI required for this CCN014R2 “LANTERN Pilot Phase 2 - Implementation
Phase”:
• the C&W PDA SRAS functionality as defined in Cable & Wireless Proposal "CJX Remote
Access for PDA's - Version for Northrop Grumman", version 2.3, dated 18th October 2005',
• all C&W SRAS deliverables, including approved SRAS software and the next version of the
Aventail SSL VPN for an enhancement to simplify start-up for the operator and to fix to a
current fault that prevents operation of the full SRAS stack,
• liaison with the Police Forces, and
• all Force GPRS hardware and software for GPRS connectivity.
The Authority is responsible for delivery of all CFE/CFI from its contractors to Northrop Grumman:

The Authority is responsible for delivery of all CFE/CFI required under this LANTERN Service

• All C&W SRAS deliverables, including approved SRAS software,
• Provision of all C&W Certificate Authority capability for LANTERN,
• Liaison with the Police Forces, and
• All Force GPRS hardware and software for GPRS connectivity.
