The proposal was based on an assumption of a managed
service.
NPIA wish to buy the MFRs as an asset with a one off
charge and pay for a managed service and maintenance
on a monthly basis over a three year period.

There must be an acceptable SLA
There must be user level authentication in order to obtain
security accreditation

PNC warning systems is not in the proposal but it is
expected that would be the subject of a separate CCN.

If NPIA can be flexible on assumption 6 in the proposal
then that will have an impact on pricing
7.
All agreed that continuation of service from 18/12/08 was
essential

The discussions should be for 1500 and 2500 devices
