Northrop Grumman is pleased to propose a firm price for Contract Change Note 050 Revision 1
(CCN050R1), “IDENT1 LANTERN Service Expansion” in response to the reference (1) and (2)
requests. This CCN050R1 replaces the reference (3) proposal. As requested by NPIA, this
CCN050R1 adds User Authentication, Service Level Agreements, Service Level Requirements
and the PNC Warning flag capability to the mobile fingerprint readers (MFRs), implementation of
additional central services, deployment, support and provision of service proposed in the reference
(3) proposal. This revised proposal will provide expanded Lantern services in England and Wales
for a quantity of either 1,500 or 2,500 MFRs for a three (3) year period of performance.
To maximise the Authority’s cost savings, this CCN050R1 allows the one time purchase of a three
year service for the IDENT1 LANTERN Service Expansion” as shown in the table below.
