Freedom of Information Act 2000: public sector pay schemes 
 
Thank you for your e-mail of 7 November that we received on 10 November.  This 
follows your request for information on performance related pay schemes in the public 
sector.   
 
You have asked for a list of departments.   As this information is already published it is 
formally exempt under s21 of the Act, which covers information that is reasonably 
accessible.  However, we recognise that information can be hard to find and you may 
wish to be aware that a full list of government departments has been published by 
Parliament at the link below.

Your Rights to Complain under the FOI Act 

 
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request

If you are not content with the outcome your complaint, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
