I am writing regarding your request for information, which was received on 14 May 2010. We are very sorry for the delay in responding to you.

I wish to know[Author ID1: at Thu Jun 17 17:00:00 2010 ] how many PCN's have been sent out since this judgement by PATAS[Author ID1: at Thu Jun 17 17:00:00 2010 ] with the inadequate description of offences allegedly committed in[Author ID1: at Thu Jun 17 17:00:00 2010 ] Green Lanes.[Author ID1: at Thu Jun 17 17:00:00 2010 ]

I can confirm that we hold the information that you have requested, however, we have estimated that it will cost £40,525 to provide you with the required information. This amount is therefore over the appropriate limit of £450 as specified in the regulations and consequently we are not obliged by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to respond to your request. However, we are still happy to deal with your request if you pay the fee as set out in this notice.
