COI consultancy work to document vision for the CMF as well as potential supplier

attributes/profile complete.  Next step will be a review of COI framework suppliers to 
determine if there is a suitable supplier to assist in developing strategic roadmap â€“ will start 
imminently 
Replacement of existing Epic servers and upgrade of Epic s/w.  Hardware purchased, progress 
now dependent on availability of PICT tech services to test & implement replacement.

New PES site formally launched 22nd October.  Preparation work now being carried out on 
integration of education films into site and YouTube channel, development of a new Day in

Expansion of current email alerting service to cover whole site carried out in September. 
Implementation of WordPress news service scheduled for 3rd December â€“ this will provide 
news pages, a news feed for Topics pages, and RSS news feed.
