Unfortunately the information that you have requested is exempt under Section 38 (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and therefore cannot be supplied.

Please be aware that Small Business Bonus Relief has been awarded automatically to all properties that previously qualified in preceding years within this local authority, [Author ID1: at Wed Jun 9 12:25:00 2010 ]this award reflects both the changes in rateable values from 01/04/10 and the changes to the relevant thresholds within the Small Business Bonus Scheme.
