Further to my letter of 8 October 2008 I am writing in response to your request for information.  As you are aware your correspondence has been treated as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Your request for internal review should be submitted to us within 40 working days of receipt by you of this response.  Any such request received after this time will only be considered at the discretion of the Commissioner.
