Freedom of Information request - Decision Review

Thank you for your e-mail of 29 October 2008 addressed to my colleague Margaret Eccleston. Your e-mail has been passed to me to take forward. My role is to coordinate reviews of the Commission's decisions.

You requested a review of our decision not to release un-redacted invoices in relation to attendance by Charity Commission employees on courses run by The Common Purpose Trust. This is being considered by a member of our legal team.

We aim to complete reviews of Freedom of Information decisions within 20 working days of receipt. As we received your e-mail on 29 October we aim to issue a response by 26 November 2008.

In the meantime I will keep you informed of any developments.
