Hi,

Just a couple of points about the move this Friday:

1) There are two welcome/inductions planned one for 8.30 and one for 10.30. Do you have any idea what time Robin and Christine intend to arrive at the building?

2) I have arranged for two car parking spaces to be reserved for them - adjacent to West Wing entry doors in underground car park. We have ordered signs to be painted onto the spaces but in the meantime there will be notices pasted on the pillars by each car parking space.

The window blinds for both Robin and Christine's offices have had to be specially made and they are not yet ready, however, we have temporary blinds in place.
