The Defence Analytical Services & Advice (DASA) website holds the most up-to-date information on the Ministry of Defence workforce. This website is located at-

This is part of the UK Defence Statistics Report for 2008 which provides a full break down of the number of Civil Servants employed by the Ministry of Defence.
