FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST
I am writing in response to your information request dated 30th September 2008.
You have requested information in relation to;
How many requests for information under the act has the Council received? 691 as at 18th October 2008.
How many times has the council failed to respond within the statutory time limit? 73% of requests were completed within timescale during this period.
These figures will be ratified by the forthcoming County Council Standards Committee during autumn 2008. The results will be published on our public website in 2009.
