Thank you for your information requests dated 6th April 2010. The Planning Service has had the opportunity to review the details of your request and to check the files contained within the Service.

Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act provides an exemption for information that is accessible by other means. As the information requested is held on planning application files, which are public documents that can be accessed via the Seaclose Planning Offices, the Council has applied this exemption, in this case.

The planning application reference numbers are as follows:

P/00083/10 and P/00563/06

These files are available for you to examine at the Planning Offices where there will be space for you to do so and our Reception staff will be available to explain anything needing clarification. If you would like to make an appointment please contact Planning Services front desk on (01983) 823552. Please note there may be a charge for providing copies of the information from the files.

The third FOI, reference iw10/4/3368, you have confirmed in a previous e-mail has already been answered and will not be progressed.

If you have any complaints in respect of your information request, please write to the Corporate Information Unit at the above address, or complete the on-line appeals form that can be found at www.iwight.com/information.
