Thank  you  for  your  Freedom  of  Information  Request  in  respect  of  the  Minutes 
from  al   Trust  Board  meetings  from  July  2007  until  August  2008  which  we 
received on Friday 19th September. 
 
Having considered this request, the Trust declines it for the fol owing reasons:

The  cost  of  provision  al   of  this  information  would  cost  more  than  the 
Appropriate Limit of £450 at £25 per hour to produce (Section 12). 
 
Trust  Board  meeting  Minutes  are  of  a  confidential  and  commercial y 
sensitive  nature  the  release  of  which  would  prejudice  the  Trust’s 
commercial interests (Section 43). 
 
Information  discussed  at  the  Board  has  been  provided  in  confidence 
(Section 41). 
 
The Information discussed at the Board has often been or wil  be published 
in  another  form,  for  example  the  Annual  Plan  and  Annual  Report  & 
Accounts (Sections 21 & 22), see:
