Thank you for your email dated and received by my office on the 22 March 2010. You have requested
the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000:
Could you please provide me
with the total number of accidents which WY Police
have either been called to attend, or have been notified of, either on or at
junctions adjoining Chapel Street, Cross Green Lane or Green Lane in LS15 in Leeds.
For all those accidents you hold information on, could
you please also provide me with any information you hold that indicates an
analysis of or conclusion drawn as to why the accident
occurred (ie. the vehicle was reported to be travelling above the speed
limit, or the driver was above the legal limit for drink driving).
Please contact me if you require further clarification of this request.

Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within the statutory timescale of
20 working days as defined by the Act, subject to the information not being exempt or containing a
reference to a third party. In some circumstances West Yorkshire Police may be unable to achieve this
deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given a revised time-scale at the earliest opportunity.
In exceptional circumstances, there may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you have requested. If this is the case you will be informed and the 20 working day
timescale will be suspended until we receive payment from you. If you chose not to make a payment
then your request will remain unanswered.
