Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which was received on 19 March 2010. Apologies for the delay as the response should have been received by 16 April 2010.
I shall address the points that you raise in your email, in the order that you presented your email for ease.
Both Section 41 (Confidential Information) and Section 43 (Commercial Interests) of the FOIA allow us to decline to provide this information to you.
We have a selection of agencies that supply us with agency staff from Comensura.
There are currently 30 agencies which are supplying us with agency social work professionals.
There are a total of 88 qualified social work professionals currently working on an agency basis at London Borough of Hounslow.

£3,643,829.06 since June 2009 when the contract commenced, including all fees paid to workers and their agencies.
