Dear Mr Jones
Your request, which was received 15 March, 2010:
“Please provide copies of any emails, letters, minutes of meetings, reports or similar
communications which relate to Pro-venture as included in the NSRP audit.”
I apologise for the delay in our response to your request, above, which is due to some confusion
over our processing of several thematic requests from you in regard to the NSRP audit.
I am writing to advise that unfortunately we do not hold the information which you have requested
under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, (the Act). In consequence, we are unable to
meet your request in this instance.
I am very sorry for the delay in responding to your request. It is our policy to acknowledge all
requests as soon as possible and to respond to them in accordance with the requirements of the
Act and once again I do apologise for our mistake.
You have written to us to ask for an internal review as you had not received a response within the
statutory time frame. Under the circumstances I felt that it was important to let you know without
further delay that we are unable to help you in this instance for the reason given. If you wish to
continue with your request for an internal review in regard to this matter, please advise. A review
would be handled independently by staff not involved in the earlier process, in accordance with our
complaints procedure, previously provided.
