Dear all, first a reminder that the next AG meeting is on 2nd June - can you let Trisha and/or me know whether you can attend. This is the meeting when we'll invite a group of our current Mid Scotland participants to meet you and give you their feedback on the Course so far! Very useful AG meeting on Friday last week and my thanks to those of you who were able to attend - a welcome to George as it was your first meeting and thanks to Graham for hosting us again. I've attached the Scotland Navigator course info. We need more participants - and your help in getting the numbers up! Navigator starts on 20th April. We're running it concurrently with Bangalore in India, Wales, London, and NE/Yorkshire. Last year, although Scotland had its best sized group ever with 26 participants, NE/Yorkshire had over 50 as did London - Wales got 25 and even Cape Town in SA had a larger group than us. Well this year we want to do even better. All teams in Scotland are pursuing sales avidly - but I need your help (and that of the other AGs in Scotland too). Navigator is for the 'rising stars' - at an earlier career stage than Meridian. You know, those people who are often the ones stepping forward when something needs done or a problem solved - even when its not always in their direct area of responsibility. So who fits the bill in your organisation - you'll all have or know at least one person - or that you know from elsewhere? Give me an appropriate person - think of who first, and if fees are an issue we'll make it work for you. The participants will work with each other in local groups, across the Scotland group, and be linked with/buddied with those in the other country groups. So they'll gain learning and contacts at different geographic levels and from great contributors at all times. We've already got participants from Rolls-Royce, Scottish Government, HMP Barlinnie, NHS Fife, Turning Point, Absoft Ltd Aberdeen, Clyde Waterfront Partnership, and Technology Transfer Ltd. Waiting to hear from you with fingers crossed! Hope you've been enjoying the spring sunshine this weekend.
