We have checked and CD have no correspondence to share. Our only involvement at the time was to encourage the use of standard colour and typeface. 

CAM should have all the necessary to answer this as they contracted with designers and branding specialists etc direct. 

However, if there is anything you think we can help with, please let me know.

CaM - I presume that your business area will hold the requested information.  I have copied Viv Consalvey in as she is the FOI rep for Commercial directorate.  It may be that they will hold some information too.  The first task will be to identify what information we hold.

We can withhold information which is commercially sensitive under the s43 exemption of the FOIA.  Viv has examples of responses using this exemption.  I can also provide some if needed.   

The FOI s45 Code of Practice recommends that we consult with third parties if we have a request for information which relates to them.  Depending on what we hold and what we are considering disclosing, we can consult with FutureBrand.  We would not normally tell them who the applicant is, but since the request is in the public domain, we could provide them with a link to the site.

I am happy to advise if needed and to look at any proposed draft.
