Further, please provide data on the number of employees dismissed by your authority between 1/1/2006 and 31/12/2009 broken down by year, who filed a complaint with an Employment Tribunal. Please show how many were resolved through negotiation with the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) and how many proceeded to an Employment Tribunal Hearing. Please further break the data down to show, of those who went onto a full Employment Tribunal Hearing, how many complaints were upheld and how many were found in the council's favor.
