Thank you for your letter of 2 April to Sadiq Khan, Parliamentary under Secretary, Communities and Local Government, enclosing your report Mosques Made in Britain. Your letter has been passed to me for a response as I lead on work concerning improving standards in mosques.

You say you would welcome feedback on the Report, particularly on the recommendations directed at local and central government, as well as mosque management committees.

I understand that a meeting has been arranged for officials including Neil O'Connor, Jane Everton, Caroline Harman and I to meet with you on 11 May at 4 pm, which will offer an opportunity to discuss the report.
