You requested information regarding:

How many people have applied for flexible working within your Trust over the past two years and been accepted / rejected. Can you split this between full-time workers and part time workers and what Band they are on?

Unfortunately, the PCT does not hold and has not held this data.

The PCT would draw your attention to the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005, which sets out rules for allowing individuals, including companies, the right to re-use public sector information for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
