Please see the information provided by the PCT's 

Please find attached some information on flexible working arrangements. We are currently doing some more work around training in the use of flexible working options to encourage further take up of flexible working opportunities as staff morale improves through balancing home and work life. This will help us to collate more detailed information around FW arrangements in the future.

I also need to inform you that it is our policy to publish a summary of all requests for information made under the Freedom of Information Act and subsequent responses on our website on an annual basis.
