Flexible Working Arrangements

The Trust take up of flexible working arrangements has been monitored and the number of staff working flexibly, not including all part time arrangements, has been illustrated in the Chart below. There are a number of arrangements in place across the Trust ranging from home-working, early starts and flexi-time. Training in the use of flexible working options will be re-introduced to encourage further take up of flexible working opportunities as staff morale improves through balancing home and work life.
