Freedom of Information Request

Thank you for your request for information under the FOI Act relating to flexible
working requests from staff. I can respond to my best knowledge and belief as
follows.

In the two year period the Trust has recorded receiving 34 flexible working
requests from staff.

23 requests were from full time staff of which 21 were granted
11 requests were from part time staff of which 11 were granted

Out of the above:-

3 requests were from band 3 members of staff all were granted
6 requests were from band 4 members of staff all were granted
5 requests were from band 5 members of staff all were granted
10 requests were from band 6 members of staff all were granted
5 requests were from band 7 members of staff all were granted
5 requests were from band 8 3 were agreed 2 were denied.
