1.  Please  could  you  state  if  you  hold  records  on  the  classification  of  reasons  why  an 
Emergency  Protection  Order  might  be  made?  Please  could  you  provide  me  with  a 
comprehensive list of all these reasons? 
 
2.  In relation to Contact Orders - section 8 Children Act 1989 –could you provide me with 
any documents you hold into the way that you classify the ways/types of contact that 
can be allowed.

Cafcass  does  not  hold  this  information  and  I  am  unaware  if  such  classification  are  held  by 
any  other  organisation.  Section  44  of  the  Children  Act  1999  may  provide  you  with  further 
information on Emergency Protection Orders. 
2.  In relation to Contact Orders - section 8 Children Act 1989 –could you provide me with
