I refer to your request under the above legislation for information held by this Department about how many fathers have died since being contacted by the CSA for each year since the organisation started.

Deaths to be sub grouped into:

1) Suicide

2) Accident

3) Natural

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this Department.

You have the right to request that the Department formally review this decision within two calendar months of the date of this letter.
