I am writing to confirm that the Department has now completed its search for the information which you requested on 04 March 2010.
In your request you asked, “using data for each expired month of 2009 please can you advise how many non residents parents requested a face to face interview with the csa, and further to that how many non resident parents were granted the privilege of having a face to face interview.”
I can advise you that the details regarding face to face interviews are held for six months on our system therefore I can provide you with the last three months of 2009.
In October 2009 there were six face to face interviews completed, in November 2009 there were ten face to face interview completed and in December 2009 there were eight face to face interview completed.
In relation to the number of requests that non resident parents made for face to face interview, this information is not recorded as the Department will at every stage try to resolve any queries over the telephone. This allows the case to be dealt with in a timely manner and in most cases removes the need for a face to face interview. Therefore, in conclusion all requests made for a face to face interview will either be resolved over the telephone or at a face to face interview.
